Yellow Bell Pepper
After the church service yesterday, the BF, his foster parents and I had our snack together at the church dining lounge. I had my ham and cheese sandwich with veggies inside. One of the veggies inside was this yellow bell pepper. At first, I tried to remove the bell pepper, but the BF said, it is good. He told me to try a little on it, and I did. Wow! I didn’t know that this yellow bell pepper is sweet and has no strong smell like the bell pepper in the Philippines. So, when I told them that I like it, they smiled at me. I also explained to them that I don’t eat bell pepper in the Philippines even if it is cooked because of the smell. And this yellow bell even if it was mixed with the other veggies and uncooked, the taste was really good. If I go to the grocery in the next few days, I will include this on my lists.

Whoa!! my first time to see bunch of yellow bell peppers..and they’re big ones.
I don’t like red bell pepper either but I would always love ground pepper on almost everything I cook especially pancit
it is indeed very sweet! it is just pricey that’s why i don’t buy them often
Same tayo inaalis k ang bell pepper kapag kakain na .. Pero lately tinikman k yon red pepper ok naman pala akala k kasi super halang =)
So there are yellow bell peppers. What I usually see in the market is red and green
I thought peppers are spicy but they are not, they are great for meats
Dropping some late love for MYM, hope that you can return the favor too
